The 2016 Le Samyn des Dames was the fifth running of the women's Le Samyn, a women's bicycle race in Hainaut, Belgium. It was held on 2 March 2016 over a distance of 112.8 kilometres (70.1 miles) starting in Quaregnon and finishing in Dour. It was rated by the UCI as a 1.2 category race.[1][2]
