Besate (Milanese: Besàa) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Milan.
Beside borders the following municipalities: Morimondo, Vigevano, Casorate Primo and Motta Visconti.
