Prochowice [prɔxɔˈvʲit͡sɛ] (German: Parchwitz) is a town in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Prochowice.
It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of Legnica, and 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
As of 2019, the town has a population of 3,602.
