Strâmtura (Hungarian: Szurdok, Yiddish: סטרימטערע or Strimtere) is a commune in Maramureș County, Maramureș, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Glod (Glód), Slătioara (Izasópatak) and Strâmtura.
