Umar Naseer is a Maldivian politician.[1] He is a former Home Minister and was an Independent candidate in the 2023 Maldivian presidential election.[2] He came in fourth place out of eight candidates.[3] He was also an unsuccessful candidate in 2008 and 2013.

Naseer used to serve in the Maldives National Defence Force.
