Xalatala (also, Kavahchol, Khalatala, and Kovakhchel’; Avar: Халатала) is a village and municipality in the Balakan Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,731. The municipality consists of the villages of Xalatala and Göyrücük.[1]
