Bredstedt (Low German: Bredstedt; Danish: Bredsted; North Frisian: Bräist, German pronunciation: [ˈbʁeːtˌʃtɛt] ⓘ) is a town in the district of Nordfriesland, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated near the North Sea coast, approximately 20 km northwest of Husum.
